ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE


We're looking for a smart, results-oriented Account Executive who shall complete the vital link between the agency and its clients.

He/ she will be responsible for fulfilling clients' needs and expectations while managing the day-to-day client interaction and collaborating with internal teams.


Job Summary:


  • Own the client relationship and sustain the growth
  • Maintain a regular communication channel with clients
  • Manage, strategise and improve clients' social media presence
  • Effectively present and sell ideas to clients
  • Communicate with clients on service expectations and feedback

Key Responsibilities:


  • Interact with clients daily and build close and trusted relationship
  • Manage clients' daytoday content and feeds on social/ digital platforms
  • Be able to take detailed briefs from clients and share with creative teams
  • Present creative works to clients for approval / modification
  • Support the Account Director to develop strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor the effectiveness of social media and share progress reports
  • Ensure timely deliveries of posts, creatives and campaigns

Knowledge/ Skill Set Required:


  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • Deep understanding of social media and SM tools
  • Proficiency in using Social Media analytical tools
  • 46 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Thrive on working independently and pressure environment
  • Able to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
