Roles and Responsibility


Responsibilities:


  • We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate DSA Channels
- and take ownership and deliver results.

  • Responsible for onboarding of new DSA / Corporate DSA.
  • Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection
- report, monthly sales plan etc.

  • Develop and maintain DSA relationships.
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
  • Would be responsible to manage a team size of 1015 sales employees.
  • Coordinate with credit team/Disburse team.
  • Follow up with clients for on time submission of financials and related documents, getting
- proposals approved/Renewed, Documentation & Disbursal of facilities.

  • Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
  • To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of
- the team.

  • Should have experience in NBFC DSA vertical
  • Mandatory.

Experience & Skills Required:


  • Has atleast 8 years of work experience in the PL industry with good market network and
- connect available.

  • Has clear understanding in PL product and policy along with Foyer, eligibility, IRR, ROI
  • Segments, cross sell etc.
  • Has a team ready to movein with him or can hire from the market once joined.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance sales team.
  • Product experience in Personal Loan is important.
  • Team player should be able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as and when needed.
  • Good networking skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.

Office Timing & Working Days:

**9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be stretched depending upon work load)

  • Monday to Saturday**
    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    Internet for work.
