In line with BGSW's Vision of "Smart solutions for the Globe", Business Unit - Mobility Solutions is the Excellence Center for Embedded Solutions.

It is capable of delivering End to End Products from Ideation/Customer requirements to Market Introduction.

We enable core business areas in Mobility of Bosch by bringing competencies together with network of domain experts and increasing competitiveness by offering Value Engineering.

Bosch Mobility business is rapidly changing. Value generation is shifting to software & IT. This goes hand in hand with the trends towards connectivity, automation and electrification.

Market is reshaping ADAS products:
We see HW/SW separation and fragmentation into individually sourced building blocks. Competitiveness is required for all building blocks as well as for their integration.

You will be part of a dynamic department working for the ADAS sensor development which focuses on test driven development, speeding up the development cycle through faster feedback loops, Automation and changing from IDE based to API-first & Cloud native tooling.

What you will do at BGSW:

As part of a crossdomain agile DevOps team, you contribute to the software development of automated driver assistance systems by providing DevOps services to a large scale of projects
The DevOps engineer will work to Improve SW testing and quality assurance tooling and processes in Continuous Delivery environment to integrate other components.
The DevOps engineer will be responsible to provide development environment container
You will define and monitor meaningful KPIs measuring the performance and stability of the CI/CD ( build and cloud ) infrastructure and integration workflow. Optimizations and other improvements will be derived by you based on these KPIs
The ideal DevOps engineer will have experience to build, test and maintain Smoke test benches and tools so that software can be developed and released.
You will drive automation of multiple parts of infrastructure and development systems.
Experience as an Individual contributor for technical topics

What you should have to join us at BGSW:1. Bachelors/Masters in computer science engineering2.

At least 4-10 years of experience in software development, not only having "used" sometimes but rather advanced knowledge and large experience in:

Docker/JFrog Artifactory
Ansible/Kubernetes
Azure & AWS Cloud, Azure DevOps, Azure git and git workflows
Python Development and Groovy (And/Or Shell, PowerShell)
Github actions3. Experience with container technologies and ability to work with a Kubernetes based deployment and other container orchestration systems4. Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools5. Be proactive in suggesting enhancements and technological choices in your field of expertise.6. Should have exposure to large scale software build, integration, and test environments.7. Prior experience of Leading a Team8. Good experience and understanding on source code Management tools mainly GIT. Including branching strategies, pre post commit hooks.9. Knowledgeable withC/C++, Python (orother objectoriented languages)10. Basics of CAN (e.g. J1939) protocol and Canalyzer, CANOE, CAPL
