FIS is seeking a Business Intelligence/Digital Transformation Consultant who will play a vital role in improving our clients' financial operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and manage a global team of Business Intelligence Engineers and Business/Data Analysts.
Work collaboratively with data engineering, machine learning, and software development teams to capture and store key data points.
Maintain effective communication with Client Service Managers regarding service management reporting.
Provide consulting services in digital transformation, performance improvement, and business transformation using FIS and thirdparty solutions.
Create and distribute service management reports for respective clients.
Analyze customer KPI performance and develop improvement plans for back office and contact center operations.
Deliver presentations and consulting recommendations to senior executives.

What You Bring

A minimum of 69 years of experience in banking and finance, including leadership and management roles.
Prior experience as a Consultant, with at least 4 years in Business Intelligence/Analytics or Digital Transformation.
Experience in contact center workforce management, intelligent routing, IVR and ACD logic flow, and digital routing is a plus.
Operational excellence and client services experience in back office/contact center industry, specifically in digital transformation.
Flexible to work in shifts and available 24/7/365, including weekends.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
