We have an opening for IT Assets Executive in Ashish Interbuild Pvt. Ltd.

Location:


  • Near Marol Metro Station, Andheri East, Mumbai**
    Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming IT assets and inspect them for quality, accuracy and maintain record.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, peripherals, site inventory including machinery.
  • Label and assign assets to employees based on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for asset maintenance and repairs.
  • Track the movement of assets within the organization using a designated system.
  • Assist in the disposal or recycling of retired assets in accordance with guidelines.
  • Keep detailed records of asset transactions and generate necessary reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to asset management.
  • Collaborate with vendors for asset procurement and related matters.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT equipment, software, site assets and machinery.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
