The opportunity
The position is for a campaign executive within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE).

The Campaign Coordinator supports several BMC Programs within a BMC function.

This role serves the objective of assisting BMC program and project leaders across both the external digital platforms including the website, social media, alumni portal, etc.

and the internal communications platforms including the intranet, newsletters and other various engagement platforms.


Your key responsibilities
-
Campaign Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and objectives. Translate campaign objectives into actionable activation plans.

  • Crossfunctional Coordination: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as content creators, designers, and digital marketers to ensure campaign elements are aligned.
  • Budget Management: Manage and track campaign budgets effectively to optimize ROI. Track and report on campaign expenses.
  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences based on campaign goals. Develop personalized messaging and content for different segments.
  • Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines to ensure campaign activation stays on schedule. Proactively identify and address potential delays or issues.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization efforts to enhance campaign performance. Analyze data to make datadriven decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign ROI.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate campaign progress, results, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Project Management experience ideally professionally qualified
  • Affinity for digital properties including websites and social media, and preferably experience writing exclusively for these platforms
  • Digital campaign execution experience with focus on multichannel analytics
  • Technology savvy to quickly come up to speed in various marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media scheduling platforms, SharePoint, web content management systems, data analytics, etc.)
  • A strong organizational, detail, and processoriented skillset is a must, in order to manage the volume and detail needed to promote worldclass content in a fastpaced environment
  • Be a real team player, work closely in an agile, fast paced environment and demonstrate impact
  • Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients' issues and agendas across sectors, service lines and geographies, globally
  • Help drive change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Four years' experience in campaign coordination
  • Excellent communication skills written, oral, presentation and engagement
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects at a global level
  • High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Technical skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms, web content management platforms, data analytics, etc.
