Job Responsibilities:
- Forge meaningful connections with potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- Educate customers on available properties, ensuring clarity on features and benefits.
- Uphold Bullmen Realty's brand standards and company policies.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively engage with leads provided by the company.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners through in-person and phone interactions.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects by reaching out to prospective clients.
- Conduct comprehensive client meetings to understand needs and preferences.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales transactions successfully and submit relevant documentation.
- Embody the company's core values and objectives.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and proactive sales strategies to senior management.
- Potentially manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Noida real estate market.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
Job Types:

Pay:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
