Job Responsibilities:

  • Forge meaningful connections with potential clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Educate customers on available properties, ensuring clarity on features and benefits.
  • Uphold Bullmen Realty's brand standards and company policies.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with leads provided by the company.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners through in-person and phone interactions.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects by reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive client meetings to understand needs and preferences.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales transactions successfully and submit relevant documentation.
  • Embody the company's core values and objectives.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports and proactive sales strategies to senior management.
  • Potentially manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Noida real estate market.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
