Key Responsibilities
-
Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements, preferences, and pain points through effective questioning and active listening.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present products or services to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company.

Closing Sales: Close sales deals by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and persuading customers to make a purchase.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, follow-up, and after-sales support.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges in the sales landscape.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages. Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, service quality, and suggestions for improvement. Relay feedback to relevant departments for action.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to sales activities.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement in sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.


Key Requirements

  • 47 years of sales experience in the FMCG Industry (Edible oil will preferred).
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Indepth knowledge of the market.
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse sales data.

Pay:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
