Description

This is a significant role and requires multi-tasking along with time management and load ability including warehouse layout also loading and unloading of the goods received inbound and outbound.

The ability to supervise all the duties that are done by the warehouse workers. They also must manage the unloading, storage and loading of the goods.
Your responsibilities as a Supervisor

Requirement

Excellent practical knowledge of performance metrics
Good experience with PC٫ particularly with MS Office
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strong decisionmaking٫ organizational and timemanagement skills

Responsibility

Oversee daily operations٫ delegating tasks and setting deadlines
Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolving any problems
Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics
Encourage high performance٫ creativity and risktaking
Develop and maintain team building activities
Ensure Client satisfaction
Petty cash handling
Must know Hindi,

Salary:
₹11, ₹17,000.00 per month
