Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project scopes.
- Assist in evaluating resource availability and capacity for project allocation.
- Work closely with project managers and team leads to identify the most suitable resources for client projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely allocation of resources and adherence to project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of resource allocation and project assignments.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the sales team regarding resource utilization.
- Assist in identifying potential resource gaps or constraints and propose solutions to optimize resource allocation.
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather feedback and insights on resource allocation processes and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to resource allocation and project management.
