  • Attend PF Inspections 7A
  • Attend ESIC Inspection 45A
  • EPF, ESIC, LWF, PT Registration
  • Payroll Processing Contractual Employees
  • Preparation EPF Form 9, 3A & Form 5A,6A
  • ESIC Registration ( Form TIC) & Form 37
  • Filling EPF Withdrawal Form 19 & 10C, EPF Death Case Form 20 &10D, Form 5IF
  • MLWF Challan Preparation & Registration( Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act) 10. Filling Maharashtra PTEC & PTRC Challan & Return Monthly( Maharashtra)
  • Maintain Compliance Registers Under the Contract Labour Act
  • Attend Vendor audit ( Various Labour Laws) on behalf Contractor
  • Dealing & communication with EPF/ESIC/PT & Ministry of Labour office
  • Registration & compliances Maharashtra Shop Act
15 Preparation MIS / Checking Invoices of vendors.


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • DLL & LW (Diploma in labour Law & labour Welfare: 4 years (preferred)
