Experience:

ITI electrical/electronics with 1-2 years of experience as CNC Programmer & Operator.

Role -
We are looking to hire a skilled CNC programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment.

The role of CNC Programmer & Operator (Drill/Route operator) requires endless drill measurements and adjustments, constant attention to precise registrations, calculations of tool life, equipment maintenance schedules, as well as constant adaptations for each customer's unique requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC machines for drilling and routing operations in PCB manufacturing.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to job specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Qualification & Experience:
ITI/Diploma in electrical/electronics with minimum 1 years of experience working as CNC Programmer & Operator.

Requirements:

Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g. CAM software)
Handson experience with CNC drilling and routing machines, preferably in PCB manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of machining principles and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Problemsolving skills for troubleshooting machine issues.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Adaptability to fastpaced production environments.

Salary:
₹220, ₹350,000.00 per year
