Job Description-

Spearheading OEM
Retail Motor General Insurance business. Dealing with Toyota, Hyundai, Maruti, Tata PV / CV, M&M, Renault, Nissan, Either, Yamaha & Royal Enfield Dealers in Mumbai.
Pan India Managing & Handling Retail Motor business of Landmark Brokers and Heartbeat Brokers.
With focus on performance, preparing business plans to support corporate objectives, creating strategic roadmaps for aggressive revenue growth initiatives.
Responsible for sales & allied activities at dealer counters to achieve budgeted premium target goals, activation of dealerships and acquisition of new dealer counters
Working out market mapping for better market penetration and thereby improved Gross Written Premium
Implementing schemes at specific counters to increase market share
Tracking P&L ratio assigned by the company, analysing & controlling P&L ratio and taking appropriate action towards avoiding high loss ratio business
Responsible for the right product mix, productivity, profitable growth
Guiding and motivating my Team in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and planning in order to enhance revenue growth
New tie up with dealer ships, coordinate and motivate sales managers and executives
