Designation:

  • Site Supervisor


Location:

  • Warje Pune Maharashtra

Salary:

  • 25,000 To 30,000 Per Month.

Education:

  • Diploma / Degree in civil engineering

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 3 Years as a site engineer / site supervisor.
  • Minimum Experience : Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and oversee daytoday construction activities on site.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor progress and report updates to project managers.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and client expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to construction crew as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates

Requirements for the Position of Site Supervisor:

  • Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers. Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using constructionrelated tools and equipment. Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
