Associate Manager - R&M ; KRAs and KPIs

KRAs

  • To lead overall Maintenance and special projects at the campus.
1) Manage the hostel maintenance, operations in compliance with safety regulations

2) Hiring, training and leading technician at the campus

3) Providing on ground technical support where ever needed & ready to get the hands dirty

4) Tracking and reducing R&M ticket TAT & Cost

5) Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance

6) Providing estimates for required additional works

7) Implementing a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase ease of stay and operations.

8) Sustaining & developing an approach to maintenance incorporating principals

9) Knowledge of electrical, mechanical equipment ( like DG, AC, Water purifier ) used in a campus

10) Hands on knowledge in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, carpentry issues.

Language:
English (Speak, Read and Write) | Regional language (Speak, Read* and Write*)

Salary:
₹38, ₹60,000.00 per month

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • MEP Supervising: 5 years (preferred)
  • Civil engineering: 1 year (preferred)

  • Kannada (preferred)
