Office Coordinator - Ludhiana, India - RABRIM ROZGAR INDIA
Description
1. Communication with both internal and external parties.- Maintaining status of all orders from begging to end.
- Take daily work status and updating on Google Sheets.
- Handling issues by coordinating with vendors, supplies, clients etc.
- Planning client payments as per contract.
- Planning presentations for clients on MS power point.
- Male or Female
- Minimum Graduate.
- Should have good computer skills in MS office, Powerpoint, Google sheets etc.
- Very good communication skills.
Salary:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Office management: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
