ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development. Responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling & net working and social media
  • Deal with customer enquiries and convert it into leads and sales.
  • Responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients and updating the AM Sales on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products to all clients / prospective clients.
  • Give demos to potential clients as and when required
  • S/he will be secondarily responsible to close the deal
  • Address and handle queries and objections from potential clients and resolve them.
  • Plan and organize the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
  • Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Create reviews and reports and present it to the AM
  • Sales on a daily basis.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences along with the


  • AM

  • Sales. Prepare and organize promotional events material o Make daily MIS and send it to the AM
  • Sales
  • Client Coordination o S/he will be the representative of Nishant Construction for the clients; act as a physical point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Attend to all queries of existing clients and coordinate with them for after sales documentation, loan / agreement related documentation, payment related, etc.
