ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development. Responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling & net working and social media
- Deal with customer enquiries and convert it into leads and sales.
- Responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients and updating the AM Sales on a daily basis.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products to all clients / prospective clients.
- Give demos to potential clients as and when required
- S/he will be secondarily responsible to close the deal
- Address and handle queries and objections from potential clients and resolve them.
- Plan and organize the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
- Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Create reviews and reports and present it to the AM
- Sales on a daily basis.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences along with the
- AM
- Sales. Prepare and organize promotional events material o Make daily MIS and send it to the AM
- Sales
- Client Coordination o S/he will be the representative of Nishant Construction for the clients; act as a physical point of contact between the company and clients.
- Attend to all queries of existing clients and coordinate with them for after sales documentation, loan / agreement related documentation, payment related, etc.
