Position - Product Owner(Startup Company)
Experience - 5+ yrs

Job Location - Kochi

As a Product Owner at the Company, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of

our software products. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, defining features,

and managing the product development process. Your role will bridge the gap between the

business, customer needs, and the development team, ensuring that our software solutions

meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.


Desired skills and experience:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer and business
needs.

  • Create and maintain a product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, answering questions
and providing clarifications on requirements.

  • Conduct regular sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure timely
and high-quality product delivery.

  • Keep stakeholders informed about the product's progress and upcoming releases.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback and market data to continuously improve the
product.

  • Identify and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive
- edge.

  • Act as an advocate for the product, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment
and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
