Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agronomist to join our team.

The Agronomist will be responsible for providing expertise and support in the Operations, Certifications, cultivation and management of crops, ensuring optimal yields, quality, and sustainability.

This role involves a combination of fieldwork, research, and Operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research Work
Generate and cultivate a strong relationship with key local stakeholders in other to better understand the local agronomic system.
Data compilation, analysis, drafting summaries / inferences in timely manner.
Go getter and willing to take initiatives in the area of research and development; able to interact and collaborate with research community and cross functional team within organization.
Coordinate the smoothfunctioning of tasks in the organization
Talk to Clients/Suppliers.
Handling Certifications and Audits
Communication Responsibilities like mails, schedule and coordinate meetings, calls related to business tasks.
Create reports and presentations.
Documentation work in relation with the ongoing trading work.
Assist in business operations.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
Make necessary payments on behalf of the firm while keeping track of all the billings and forms.
Adhering to quality standards, Certification and processes.
