Customer Service Executive (Banking Process)
Location:
Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification:
Graduated
Languages Required:
English + Hindi
Experience:
6 Month experience in Banking Inbound Customer support + 1 years' experience in any customer support
Shift:
Day rotational + 2 rotational weeks off
Salary: 28000 in hand & 33000 CTC
Skill Set:
- Exceptional Problem solving and analysing skills.
- The tone of voice should be Clear and good in English & Hindi.
- Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries.
- Have Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Excellent spoken Communication Skills.
- 2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview.
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service Banking: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)
Ability to Relocate:
