ERP Techno Functional:

Customer handling/ Support (24*7), 6 Days working and shifts.
Understanding and analyzing Customer Business Processes / Requirements.
Addition Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management

PLM along with ERP knowledge.

Preparation of Business Process and Application-level mapping documents
Assisting Technical team in translating the functional specifications into design specifications
Preparing functional Test Cases and Scenario documents
End-end Functional and Integration testing of various modules and custom designed components
Analyzing feasibility and impact of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations, before implementing the same.
Daily customer raised issue to be solved within SLA defined.
Good manufacturing domain knowledge.
6 days Working environment.
Work from Office only
