Description
Responsibilities:
-
Develop a good working relationship and knowledge of partner portfolio to identify strengths, capacities, needs, potentials.
-
Is the first point of contact for Projects programmes/projects to ensure smooth coordination and communication with partners, programmes and projects.
-
Identify needs and support the Line Manager to organise training and capacity building for CBM India partners and programmes.
-
Liaise with project partners, consultants, advisors and co-workers who are connected to the respective projects under his/her portfolio in coordination with the Line Manager.

Solicit partner feedback to improve support.

Initiate and support development of innovative projects/ programmes
-
Ensure partner and project data are managed in line with data protection rules, and that updated programme records are maintained and updated as per the organisational documentation procedures.

Ensure adherence to CBM standards, guidelines and deadlines.
-
Plan, initiate and develop multi-year/annual plans and special initiatives, and monitor and report the implementation.

Plan and coordinate financial reviews/ assessment of partners in consulting with the related teams and departments and other stake
-
Support development of inclusive programmes in coordination with partners and country office teams.

Support cross cutting initiatives from other departments in discussion with the line managers and take forward initiatives as assigned.

Co-ordinate and provide reports as required on projects for internal and external stakeholders including Donors.

Support Fundraising team as required for preparing proposals, donor reporting, campaigns, etc.

Documenting and sharing of experiences and good practices
-
Contribute to developing training materials in disability and development
-
Supports line manager in analysing external trends, challenges and opportunities relevant to CBM's disability inclusion focus and/or requiring a programmatic response by CBM, including disaster vulnerability, and share with internal stakeholders.

Support during crisis / emergencies / disaster response as deputed.
Professional profile and requirements
-
Graduate/PG degree in social work/development studies/development management/ Rehabilitation Science
-
Diploma in disability management or Public Health, Development policy or Statistics
-
4-5 years of working experience in the social development sector.
-
2-3 years' experience in disability related multi-lateral agencies and international agencies.

Experience in partnership management
-
Experience in developing proposals for projects according to standard tools-
Tools:
- **Good computer skills with good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to learn and use appropriate software, leverage modern technology when applicable for programme development and monitoring-

₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
