Your Impact:

Conceptualize, design and produce highquality visual communications for print and digital media, including
Proposal & bid support, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentation etc.
Experience in an engineering consulting environment, working directly with project teams to create compelling visuals for various types of projects
Work with crossfunctional teams to create compelling visual designs that meet marketing goals and enhance brand identity.
Develop design strategies and concepts that align with business objectives and target audience.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, design tools and techniques, and incorporate them into design work.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines and deadlines.
Collaborate with other designers, art directors, writers, and creative professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive design across all media.

Here's What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
68 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), MS Office and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, marketing, and print media.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
