Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose hardware issues in mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Repair or replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, buttons, cameras, speakers, and other parts.
  • Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning and performance of repaired devices.
  • Provide accurate repair estimates to customers and communicate repair options and recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring they are properly stocked.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain records of repairs, including parts used, services performed, and customer information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in mobile device repair, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile device components, operating systems, and common repair techniques.
  • Proficient in using repair tools and equipment, such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, and diagnostic software.
  • Excellent problemsolving and diagnostic skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with different mobile device brands and models.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and repair methods.

Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
