Description

The General Manager (GM), Planning and Coordination, will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive operational excellence, collaboration, and growth in the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development projects in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Analyze market research, competitive landscape, and investment opportunities to identify growth areas and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Project Coordination:


  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal advisors, to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and project teams.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as investors, partners, and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration and support project approvals and financing.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


  • Establish and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics to evaluate the success of real estate projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze project performance data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior management and board members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on datadriven insights and stakeholder feedback.

Team Leadership and Development:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop the planning and coordination team to enhance their skills, capabilities, and performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the department.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed to support organizational growth and objectives in the real estate sector.

Pay:
₹150, ₹180,000.00 per year
