Job Summary:
Qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience - 1+ years of experience in working in a Customer Support role.
Location:
Indore
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and issues.
- Provide customers with product and service information and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify customer issues and provide solutions or escalate them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Work closely with the Sales and Support Team to answer customer queries related to products, services, and order fulfillment.
- Continuously improve customer service by identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of jewelry products preferred but not required.
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
