Job Summary:
Qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience - 1+ years of experience in working in a Customer Support role.


Location:
Indore


Responsibilities:


  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and issues.
  • Provide customers with product and service information and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify customer issues and provide solutions or escalate them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Support Team to answer customer queries related to products, services, and order fulfillment.
  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending changes.

Requirements:


  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of jewelry products preferred but not required.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
