MINIMUM EXPERIENCE- 2 YEARS
Industry Exp. Cement & Steel, Automobile, Insurance, Water Treatment Sales, Paint industry, Product based industry.


Key Responsibilities Desired Outcome

  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product range and benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes.
  • Follow prepared sales script (with necessary adjustments if needed) to provide accurate information about products, price, features and benefits.
  • Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and construction project details.
  • Identify the customers key purchase person or commercial head.
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the product will add value to their construction projects and meet their requirements.
  • Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs, specifications, volumes, customer's project locations Etc.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  • Set appointments with prospective interested customers in coordination with Sales Team.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed

Job Types:

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
