Position:
Customer Care Executive (Digital Marketing)
Location - Delhi
Qualification:
Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create sales leads by persuading customers with right product knowledge.
- Assist Online Sales Team with ordering, receiving, packing, courier and tracking of the
- Coordinate with Online Sales Team, managers, seniors, timely appraising them with the customer issues, problems and appreciations etc.
- Follow up any issue that is not resolved.
- Works within deadlines and to escalate complaints to higher level if not resolved timely.
- To render after sale services and satisfy customer queries with correct product
- To Record customers interaction on our products and suggestions if any.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- CCE in Paint/Automobile/chemical/manufacturing Organisation: 2 years (required)
- Online sales: 1 year (required)
