Position:
Customer Care Executive (Digital Marketing)

Location - Delhi


Qualification:
Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Create sales leads by persuading customers with right product knowledge.
  • Assist Online Sales Team with ordering, receiving, packing, courier and tracking of the
shipment.

  • Coordinate with Online Sales Team, managers, seniors, timely appraising them with the customer issues, problems and appreciations etc.
  • Follow up any issue that is not resolved.
  • Works within deadlines and to escalate complaints to higher level if not resolved timely.
  • To render after sale services and satisfy customer queries with correct product
  • To Record customers interaction on our products and suggestions if any.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • CCE in Paint/Automobile/chemical/manufacturing Organisation: 2 years (required)
  • Online sales: 1 year (required)
