Overview:

  • Analysis / Analytics for Performance Enhancement and Performance Management
  • Monitor and set early warnings for customer target (OKR) for queue
  • Ensure ontime delivery and accuracy of deliverables (data, dashboard, and reports)
  • Meet the internal team target of Utilization, Shrinkage, Attrition
  • Effective communication and presentation to stakeholders
  • Mentor team on skills like Metrics Calculations and Visualizations
  • Provide solutions to any complex peoplerelated challenges in the team
  • Perform regular appraisal of team member's performance and devise strategies to help with improvement
  • Ensure that the company's data and information are protected from unauthorized access

Qualifications:
Graduate


Mandatory Skills:

  • Well versed with Dashboarding and Query Building tools (SQL,Python, ETL & Visualisations)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication Skills
  • Ability to handle teampeople management and Conflict management skills
  • Google Sheets / Excel with metrics / KPI calculations
  • Ability to understand cost implications
  • Ability to listen to his team members and communicate instructions effectively and lead, direct and control team members
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs/projects at the same time
