We are looking for an Architect with Hospital experience who can assist the team and manage the projects
-
Key Responsibilities Include_

Residence & commercial Industry more preferred.
Expert in Gap Analysis (Greenfield & Brownfield).
Review, design & execute architectural and engineering plans.
Experience in designing, coordinating, data maintaining and execution of Greenfield (i.e. Open land) and Brownfield (i.e. already constructed premises) projects of size between 10,000 to 1,00,000 sq. ft. specially in Healthcare.
Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Ready to meet clients online/offline for first meetings
Monitor the work of other Architects and make recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and help them interpret design specifications.
Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Act as a mentor to new Architects and help them finetune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
Network and consult with various industry professionals.
An impressive portfolio and several years working as a Healthcare Architect.
Willingness to work overtime and travel Pan India for projects as required.
Should have knowledge of Liasoning of premises.
