12 years or Freshers will also be considered.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web support or a related role.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of web sites and facilities will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities.
Techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment.
