Tele Counselling
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential patients/customers using provided scripts and call lists.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and understanding needs.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and patient interactions.
- Handle patient objections in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
