Job Description:

Must possess expertise on latest agile methodologies and Rally (CA Agile Central) tool
Experience in Rally administration - User Administration and Reference Data

Administration

Experience in creating projects, adding Backlogs, User Stories, Tasks, Timeboxes and

Team Planning in Rally

Proficient in tracking and reporting of KPI's such as Iteration Status, Planned Velocity,

Accepted Rate, Team & Release Status and Release Metrices on Rally and capable of
producing Reporting & metrices (Burndown, Velocity)

Extensive hands-on in Rally Defect Suite for defect creation, linking test cases with user

stories, execute test case, manage test cases in accordance to test plan

components, benefits and general direction

Ability to configure integration details and troubleshoot common Agile Integration Issues

and review Integration status for Synchronized projects

Ability to deliver customer value, synchronize work to business priorities, coordinating with

teams using Rally

Establish Project Governance Structure
Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins, etc.
Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
Operational efficiency and project performance
Facilitate team collaboration and communication
Responsible for delivery of status reports and insights that analyze business functions and

KPI's

Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment and
Take ownership of the assigned tasks and ensure availability over weekends/holidays as

per project need

Skill sets:

Bachelor's degree with 6-9 years of experience
Must have extensive 6-7 years of experience on Project Management tools MS Project

online, JIRA

Must have extensive 5+ years of experience on Project Governance
Experience with TFS, Rally (CA Agile Central), JIRA ,Confluence and Testing tools
Jira and Confluence administration processes include the creation of Jira projects,

workflows, screens, post functions, dashboard, issue security, filters, reports

Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies
Aware of Scrum Management Reports such as velocity, capacity and ability to derive

meaningful information and present it to stakes

Ability to monitor overall progress and health of projects
Basic knowledge of change management
Basic knowledge of SDLC concept
Effective communications with all levels of stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should be self-driven and able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring
