Roles and Responsibilities for Pre School Teacher

The roles and responsibilities of a preschool teacher:

Facilitating Learning:
implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Creating a Safe Environment:
Ensuring the safety and well-being of children by maintaining a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.

Building Relationships:
Establishing positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.

Observation and Assessment:
Observing children's behavior and development to assess individual needs and progress, and communicating findings with parents or guardians.

Parent Communication:

Maintaining open and effective communication with parents or guardians through meetings, conferences, newsletters, and informal conversations to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.

Incorporating Play: Recognizing the importance of play in early childhood development and incorporating play-based learning activities into the curriculum.

Documentation: Keeping accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and milestones, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Salary:
₹7, ₹12,000.00 per month
