Pending vehicles focus for the completion with the availability of spares
3 SDD focus with 80%
Additional approvals to be intimated to the concern SAS
100% shop floor process activities
Hygiene in the shop floor
Bay in time & Bay out time monitoring
Tools auditing every 15 days/ if broken replace/ if misplaced 100% debit to the concern technicians
Parts ordering with the spares team
100% job completion in the job cards/customer verbatim 100% rectification
Breakdown attending responsibilities
Technicians labour monitoring & educating with the repeat jobs 12 Repeat jobs monitoring & training for the
technicians to be provided
Express bay allocation/Quick bay to implement for 2hrs delivery for Uber/Ola package
Targets monitoring for technicians
Final inspections has to be done 100% without fail
