Admin Executive - Mapuca, India - TYDideas
Description
We are looking for an Admin Executive with superb communication and administration skills. The Admin Executive will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws.
To be a successful Admin Executive, you should have sound knowledge of labor laws and be willing to regularly revise them.
Admin Executive Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Handling the office work, Ensuring a safe, secure, and wellmaintained facility, managing the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintaining transaction details (receipts, TT copy etc.), maintaining payment trackers, Monitoring and recording expenditures
- Managing files, Dispatching & Receiving courier mails & keeping a record, Supervising and scheduling maintenance activity, Scanning & printing Documents
- Coordination of meetings between departments and taking minutes of the meeting, maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices related to company utilities.
- Handle all the IT related work in the office including regular updating all laptops & desktops
- Reporting directly to the Company Head and working on day to day tasks assigned to all team members
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
- Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture and SOP's explained
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
- Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mapuca, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
