CRM and Reservation Executive

THE COMPANY:
TriWorld Capita is a Kochi-based Company with offices in Kochi & Dubai. It has diversified interests in Realty, Hotels & Resorts, Sports, FMCG, Tours & Fractional investments.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservations.
  • Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.
  • Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for recording company rates both in system and correspondence file.
  • Ensure special handling of repeats guests and very VIP guests.
  • Monitor and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Sales Head.
  • Revenue generations through Booking and Generations.
  • Reference sales from existing customers.
  • Reviews noshow and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel's policy.
  • Review room booking for long stay suites and special group request.
  • All Admin related works for Club Mirth including managing the expenses of Club Mirth.


  • Post sales

  • Welcome call, Welcome kit, Welcome mail.
  • Tieups of new resorts and hotels, including contracts.
  • Regular contacts with our existing customers.
  • Other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree / Diploma
  • Minimum 3 year experience.
  • Experience in Travel and Tourism.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and convincing skills.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.
  • Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
