Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management of business SMEs, project team and developers in order to ensure successful delivery of project deadlines
- Coordinate standardisation of business systems reports and processes across European businesses
- Responsible for the Horizon products and oversight of all jurisdictional needs in order to create a welldefined and commercial product
- Responsible for the management of the product backlog and prioritisation of features
- Responsible for defining user stories and working with developers and UI teams to define technical stories
- Responsible for the feedback from business SMEs and making sure the product fits the requirements outlined
- Management and oversight of UI/UX delivery to ensure alignment with the client and corporate strategy
- Draft new or amend existing policies and procedures as required to meet the requirements of new/updated regulations/ legislation, obtaining relevant approvals, implement and rollout under direction from Senior Management
- Challenging concepts to ensure best practice is reflected throughout the Horizon product
- Responsible for ensuring items are clear for estimation
- Anticipating stakeholder needs and manage the buy in throughout the development process
- Liaising with the product team and endusers and all key stakeholders to deliver updates to the platform
Competencies:
- Experience in delivering large scale change management projects in structurally complex organisations, ideally in a financial services environment
- Extensive experience within a Business Analyst role with project management exposure
- Experience in development and enhancement of operational standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Experience in performing business requirement gathering, gap analyses, impact assessments, user acceptance testing and developing roadmaps for change
- Experience of project management disciplines including waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & Devops
- Analyses problems, thinks creatively, and makes effective decisions in the appropriate timescale
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn illdefined opportunities and problems into clear strategic paths
- Seeks opportunities for collaborating and sharing best practice to maximise the commercial potential
- Ability to create a positive climate and influence others to get things done
- Excellent analytical and processbased skills i.e. process flow diagrams, business & process modelling and data analysis, plus excellent organization skills
- Consider TCF and outcomes in all aspects of strategic planning
Salary:
₹1,600, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
