Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:_
Office Management:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations, ensuring a wellorganized and productive
- Coordinate office resources, including space allocation, equipment, and supplies.
Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost
- Monitor service providers' performance and address any issues that may arise.
Travel and Accommodation:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure adherence to travel policies.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange logistics, catering, and necessary materials for successful event execution.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, including expense reports, invoices,
- Prepare reports on administrative metrics as required.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Draft and proofread official documents, letters, and announcements.
Facility Management:
- Oversee facilities maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and security.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments and executives as needed.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Policy Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting administrative functions.
(Monday to Saturday)

Salary:
₹15, ₹32,183.86 per month
