- Enable regional voice of customer engagements; distill insights.
- Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies
- Provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
- Relationships with senior level stakeholders in the region & Country
- Manage associations groups engagement in the Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant related discipline
- 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Establish a process and governance model for value proposition development and assure its alignment with market and customer needs.
- Ensure a resonating, locally pertinent, future proof value propositions, and success stories in line with the developments in customer segments, channels, applications, and accounts.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Market Strategy through the Solution Leaders, INLs to maintain a relevant technology road map in line with the value proposition.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
