- Understand Sales Financing needs & develop strategy with KPIs to address needs of India Market, while ensuring alignment with Treasury Financing Services HQ approach – develop, implement, and drive strategy on Sales Finance Advisory (in line with HQ's approach)to support the Siemens Healthineers business in the Country.
- Responsible to drive & develop the Country's sales finance solutions / programs:
- By collaborating with Country's different internal stakeholders (such as Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, and Accounting Management, as well as Treasury Leads)
- By leading negotiations with Financing Institutes (Equipment Financing Verticals) and working with different stakeholders in those Organizations
- By balancing risks and rewards and adhering to applicable Directives.
- Actively support the "Access to Care" initiative for Sales Finance Advisory topics in Country together with the Project Lead.
- Define and implement a Financing Institution strategy incl. nurturing relationships especially at Senior Levels and stay updated on financial market developments
- Takes care of books and records aspects in Sales Financing Solutions , which includes an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System.
- You will adopt and promote digitalization of Sales Finance Advisory.
- You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- You have at least 12-15 years Sales Finance Advisory experience in either a MNC or Bank in the Region.
- You possess broad and in-depth knowledge of Structured Financing incl. Leasing
- Strong Business Acumen and ability to connect with big picture
- Understanding of Siemens Healthineers business will be advantage
- Ability to build partnerships with financing institutions
- Solution oriented mindset
- Result focused and ability to execute complex structures
- You are well organized with strong decision-making ability and communication skills in dealing with Banks/ Lessors, and internal stakeholders (including at Management Level).
- You are pro-active, self-driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment and able to inspire others.
