Should handle the Freight forwarder documents (Airway bill, Transport order, etc.,)
Should follow up with international transporters on goods transit confirmation within the specified SLA and maintain the record in ERP.
Should have experience in handling the bottleneck situations in deliveries, allocation handling between suppliers.
Should have good understanding on how a logistics function operates in an automotive industry preferably in a manufacturing plant.
Reports preparation and submission.
Involve in customer meetings regularly
Possess understanding of SAP, MS Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Prior working knowledge in Power-BI, data analysis and KPI maintenance will be an added advantage
Good English communication skills required (writing, speaking)

Qualifications
B.Com/ B.Sc degree

2-3 years experience in Logistics/supply chain area
