Location:

Salary:

  • 18,000 To 22,000 Per Month

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 3 Years in Architect field
  • Minimum Experience : 1 2 Years as a Junior Architect

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects and project managers.
  • Participate in conceptualization, design development, and construction document phases of projects.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
  • Prepare drawings, renderings, and presentations using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assist in site visits, surveys, and inspections to assess project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, bids, and specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Strong design sensibility and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in architecture.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical skills is a plus.
  • Languages : English Hindi And Marathi.

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
