Overview:


Executive Assistant cum Front Office.

Key Responsibilities:


Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and appointments for executives.

Client and Guest Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Greet and assist visitors promptly, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.

Front Office Management:

  • Oversee daytoday operations of the front office, including reception area, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material available.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate interdepartmental communication and support crossfunctional initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 35 years of experience in an executive assistant or front office management role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problemsolving ability and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
