The role


We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

Ultimately, as a Film and Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story.

To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualise concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.


Key responsibilities

  • Meeting with the Leadership team to determine production vision.
  • Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
  • Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
  • Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
  • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
  • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
  • Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
  • Consulting with the team throughout the project.
  • Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximise efficiency.

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
