Our platform also helps the freelancer community in getting job orders from the design industry, making it easier and more accessible for them to work with clients.

Role Description

Responsibilities

Build relationships with partners and Clients.
Create plans to address clients' business needs.
Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
Do upsell or crosssell services and products.
Ensure both the company and clients are on contract terms.
Study the competition to find new ways to retain customers.
Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Marketing, and product) to address client needs.

Required skills and qualifications.

2+ years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting or related.
Should have experience working in a competitive environment
Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, or a relevant field
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb team player ability
