WE ARE HIRING

Designation:

  • Architectural draftsman


Location:

  • Nashik Maharashtra

Salary:

  • 15,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

  • Diploma / Degree in architectural or related field

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 3 Years as a draftsman
  • Minimum Experience : 1 2 Years of Prior experience in architectural drafting or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Create detailed architectural drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and design briefs provided by architects or designers.
  • Utilize computeraided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and adhere to relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Assist in the coordination and communication of design changes and revisions.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate project files and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather information for drafting purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and building codes to enhance drafting skills and knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of architectural terminology, standards, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹37,648.56 per month
