JOB Title :
E & M Supervisor & MST (Multi Skill Technician)

Job Overview:


They will take care of all Technical related support providing to require in day to day operations for the maintenance department.

Job Overview -

Electrical work, DG operations, Lift Operations, Handling AC operations, Providing Exhaust and Fresh air services as per designated operations time of the outlets.

Responsibilities and Duties:


LT changeover

Common area and brands daily utilities reading

Day to day electrical connections.

Lift Operations

AC Operations

Water pumping system

Exhaust & Fresh Air Operations

Mall light operations timings

DG Operations

Transformer Operations

IGL operations and daily reading

Efficient Water supplies.

FLS related support ( Smoke detector, Sprinklers etc)

Internet services support

Water body operations

Qualifications:
Diploma in Technical or ITI

Professional Qualifications:
Worked in same level or above in previous jobs

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Salary Range:


Specific skills:
Technical Background

Personal characteristics:
Hard working, loyal, punctual.

Age - Not more than 35 Years

Salary:
Up to ₹28,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (required)

  • E & M Supervisor: 2 years (required)
