Job description
- Conduct training need analysis of associates dealing with phone calls, out bound & in bound
- Design quality sales training programs to upsell and cross sell
- Schedule training plans on a regular basis.
- Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Training and developing the sales team
- Report on training program effectiveness
Qualification
- Graduate with minimum 10 years' Experience as a Real estate sales trainer
- Good working knowledge on MS-Office
- Good communications.
- Good Team Managing
- Language known English, Hindi, Bengali
Salary:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Experience:
- Real estate sales: 10 years (preferred)
