Description
Responsible for ensuring consistent achieve or exceed sales, KPIs through effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.
Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with service standards. Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business. Manage and achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts. Maintain physical condition of store according to according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Srinagar colony, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
Language:
- English (preferred)
